Terms & Conditions

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions (rules and regulations of service) applicable to members of the service operated by hire4freelance.com. Users (members) must agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below. In the event any term or condition listed here is breached or if any member fails to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions then, hire4freelance holds the right to terminate the participation of such members in the service. hire4freelance may also withhold any payments due relating to participation in the service to such member.

Transaction Charges
The transaction charges will be total 7% (if it is less than $10 then we will charge flat rate $10) from both end.

Please Note: If you finalise your deal with any user then you will have to go to your "Project" page, where your project biddings are being displayed, and select your desired user by clicking on the "Select this user for your Project" button. By selecting user you will be liable to pay 7% of your total transaction.

Note: Please remember that your each conversations is being scrutinized and we keep our eye on each conversation, so if you found guilty in any case, your membership will be canceled and your IP will be banned and a warning letter will be posted to all members about your violations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY
hire4freelance.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular applicant or site for participation in the service.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
hire4freelance.com reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member or site without prior warning including any member or site that hire4freelance deems to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Members found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from hire4freelance. Members that are terminated by hire4freelance on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions will be entitled to receive any payment due from hire4freelance.

MODE OF PAYMENT
All Payments will be through PayPal and in U.S Dollars only. Payments will also be transacted through Western Union on special request by a member for which the member will have to apply directly to hire4freelance. This can be done by sending an email to [email protected] As previously stated, any member site that is removed from the service due to violation of the Terms and Conditions will receive no credit or payment.

POSTING OF COPYRIGHT MATERIAL
No copyright material can be posted on hire4freelance. This includes scripts which are sold by the author. Only sections of these scripts, as examples, will be permitted. A "section" will be no more than 10% of the script's total contents. This is meant to protect the author's rights.

MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
hire4freelance reserves the right to change the member Terms and Conditions at any time. The onus of checking theTerms and Conditions from time to time for such changes lies solely on the members. In the event that hire4freelance offers any additional or replacement services then this agreement shall apply to such services also in the absence of any new agreement specific to such services being entered into by the parties.

OWNERSHIP/RIGHTS OF INFORMATION Members agree that all information contained on a website operated by hire4freelance, and all information compiled by hire4freelance through operation of the affiliate program, is the proprietary information of hire4freelance. Personal information provided by members to hire4freelance will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any third party.

E-MAIL ADDRESSES AND OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION
Members agree not to post their e-mail addresses or phone numbers or any other such contact information on the site, except in the "e-mail" field of the signup form, or when asked by hire4freelance at any other time. There should be no need to give anyone your e-mail address or any other contact information. It is automatically provided if you choose a bidder (or you are the bidder chosen for) a project, and before that time you can use the message board to communicate. This does not only apply to e-mail addresses, but to all methods of communication, including phone, ICQ, AIM, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger etc... See "Avoiding Commissions" below for the reason.

PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION
Members are prohibited from making direct contact with another member, unless it's for a project you (a bidder) have been picked for, or you (as a buyer) have picked a bidder for. This includes providing your e-mail address, ICQ number, phone number, or any other method of contact outside of this site. hire4freelance provides you with message boards, which should be sufficient for pre-project planning. The only exception to this is on "Featured" projects. If a project has the "Featured" graphic on it, that means the buyer has paid a flat fee in advance, and you ARE allowed to provide contact information in the message board.

ATTEMPT TO AVOID COMMISSIONS
Direct negotiation for the fee for a project with another member is strictly prohibited (outside of hire4freelance) after that project has been created/opened and before that project has been closed (during an ongoing project). But this also applies to any project that was closed without a bidder being chosen, and then contacting them about the project anyway. Both parties are responsible for notifying hire4freelance if the payment amount increases (above the bid amount) after the project is closed. Receiving/paying a larger amount than the original project bid, without notifying us, will be considered an attempt to avoid the commissions. An attempt to avoid commissions will not be tolerated and memberships of any members found guilty of such behavior will be cancelled immediately.

RULES OF BIDDING Only bids that equal the total amount of money being requested for the project can be placed. You cannot post a bid on an hourly or day to day basis or any other abnormal type of bid. This applies to buyers too. Buyers cannot create projects that directly or indirectly require bidders to place hourly or any other type of bids. The only exception, for both buyers and bidders, is in the case of Featured Projects. See Featured Project information at /featured.php

PROMOTION OF MEMBER'S SITE OR OTHER MATTER
Members are prohibited from advertising for or promoting their website on hire4freelance. Any URL posted in a bid, project description, or the message board, must relate to a project on hire4freelance. An example of a permissible URL: your resum� page.

WHAT ROLE CAN hire4freelance PLAY?
The role of hire4freelance is that of a venue which connects buyers and bidders in a virtual meetingspace. As a neutral facilitator, hire4freelance is not directly involved in the actual transactions or negotiations between users of the Site. Since, verifying the identity of a user on the Internet is almost impossible, hire4freelance cannot and does not confirm the identity of users neither does hire4freelance hold any control over the truth, accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of postings made by the users. hire4freelance also does not authenticate or verify the qualifications, background, or abilities of users. Therefore, We recommend that all members exercise sound judgement when dealing with any member on the Site. If you are unsatisfied with another member, the most hire4freelance can do is refund the project commission you have been charged by us. Since, hire4freelance does not have the type of control over transactions between members which allows it to refund the money you have sent to someone, hire4freelance will not be held responsible for your transactions.
